At CandyStore, we want your sweet treats to arrive in perfect condition, so we offer a 14-day return policy for any unopened products or items damaged during shipping. Due to the perishable nature of our confectionery, we cannot accept returns on opened candy or custom-mixed assortments.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of any damaged packaging.
Receive Authorization
Once approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for damaged goods.
Pack Your Sweets
Securely place the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Get Refunded
After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
